Even before I became a licensed realtor, I loved going to Open Houses, watching HGTV, studying house plans and designing renovations. With my eye for design, I can help sellers maximize their home's best features so they can get top dollar and sell quickly. And I love helping buyers see the possibilities for turning an ordinary house into their dream home!

Buying or selling a home can be a stressful undertaking for most people, and my goal is to use my expertise and experience to guide them through the process as smoothly as possible. I'm a problem-solver and a deal-maker, and my deepest satisfaction comes from coordinating the process in such a way that everyone feels like a winner! Through my experience as a real estate investor, I've built an amazing network of resources for financing, renovation, and just about anything you'd need regarding real estate. I've lived in the Ashland area for most of my life, so I can provide insights about neighborhoods beyond what appears in a property listing.
